Frequestly asked questions
Here are the most common questions client’s usually have for us. Still have more questions? Contact Us.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely, even though majority of the staff at Outdoor Chores, LLC does this work as a "Side Gig", we do carry a $1 Million liability coverage to ensure everyone, and everything is covered.
How much does a consultation cost?
Consultation is always free, and we will be upfront about our costs, and how pricing works.
When can you start my project?
This all depends on the size of the project, and everyone's schedules. Some jobs/deliveries we are able to complete same day, others are weeks out. This will be communicated to you when we have our free consultation.
Do you offer bulk landscaping materials?
For sure! This is a large amount of the work that we preform. Getting bulk material to home owners to complete your project. Just because we deliver you product, does not mean we have to be the ones installing it. We are frequently told, we are faster and cheaper then having the landscaping companies deliver product.
Do you require a down payment?
This all depends on the size of the job, and what we will be working on. This is something that would be discussed during the free consultation. If a deposit is taken, it is normally the cost of material, with all labor costs paid upon completion and finial inspection done by you.
